I had the pleasure of working with Tejas Patil at pWin.ai, where I served as Director of UX and worked closely with him on product design, user experience, and complex workflow challenges.

Tejas is one of the most talented designers I’ve ever worked with, both visually and from an experience-design perspective. He has a rare ability to create interfaces that are polished and visually compelling, but also clear, intuitive, and deeply considerate of the user’s needs.

What stood out most was his ability to think through complexity without overcomplicating the experience. He brought strong design judgment, thoughtful problem-solving, and a high level of craft to everything he touched. He also understands business goals and knows how to bridge user needs with product and business priorities.

Tejas has the instincts and maturity to lead through complexity. He takes ownership, drives alignment, and elevates the people and processes around him. Any team would be lucky to have him, and I recommend him without hesitation as an exceptional UX designer, product design partner, and UX leader.

What I also appreciate about Tejas is his calm, easy-going nature. No matter how complex or ambiguous a problem got, he kept his cool, stayed focused, and brought a positive energy to the team. That kind of attitude is rarer than most people realize.
